Effective 30 November 2023, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) will stop taking applications for Stamp 4 Letters of Support. This will affect Critical Skills Employment Permit holders, Host Agreement Researchers, and NCHD Multi-Site General Work Permit holders wishing to move to a permit. Migration Stamp 4.

However, all applications received by DETE before November 30, 2023 will continue to be processed.

The Registration Office, Immigration Services will continue to accept these letters of support for Stamp 4 residence permit registration applications.

Individuals who have not applied to DETE for a letter of support before 30 November 2023 will be required to provide the following evidence to the Registration and Immigration Services Office to support their Stamp 4 residence permit registration applications:
