1- Products:
All dresses displayed on the website are accurately photographed, but colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting
We are committed to providing accurate descriptions for each product in terms of size and fabric, and we recommend referring to the size guide before placing an order

2- Orders and Payment:
The order is confirmed after successful payment through the approved methods (Mada – credit card – Apple Pay – bank transfer)
If there is a delay in payment or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice

3- Shipping:
– We offer delivery to all regions of the Kingdom through trusted shipping companies
– Delivery time depends on the city and selected shipping method, and typically takes 2–7 business days
– We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or inaccurate address information
– In case of failed delivery due to customer error, the customer will bear the additional shipping fees

4- Cancellation and Modification:
– Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
– To modify an order, please contact us within the first 12 hours of placing it

5- Exchange and Return:
-Due to the personal nature of dresses, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was sent
-The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with a photo showing the problem
-We will only cover the shipping cost in case of an error or manufacturing defect

6- Privacy:
– We respect your privacy and do not share your information with any third party, except as needed to complete the order (shipping/payment companies)
– Your data is protected under the applicable data protection laws in the Kingdom

7- Amendment of Terms and Conditions:
– Raheed Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
– Modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on the website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
